Shipping Policy
Shipping available for US only. We ship primarily via USPS or UPS. Charges depend on item, zip code, and customer’s choice of Standard or Priority. Delivery varies from 5 days to 2 weeks, and will be estimated for your specific order before payment confirmation. Be sure to order early if needed by a specific date.
Late or Missing Packages – We cannot be responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier and are out of our control. Tracking is included for the shipment, and we suggest you check your Tracking number first. USPS will not accept claims until 15 days have passed. Let us know if you haven’t received your package within 10 days, and we will follow up from our end as well.

Returns and Exchanges
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Happy customers make us happy! Unfortunately, things can happen, so we do our best to work things out. Please take the time to review our return policies.
• Returns: 30-days. Any return must be pre-authorized, and the customer is responsible for the return postage unless MONTANA IMAGE is in error. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags. Returns may only be requested by the original purchaser. If damage occurs during shipping, please provide photos.
• Exchanges: We do not carry multiple items in stock. If an exchange is available, we will send the desired exchange upon receipt of your return. Please email your request.
